Competition – Share your Views of Barnsley

Whether it’s new buildings, old buildings, pubs or people, whatever Barnsley means to you, we ask you to use it as inspiration. The winning entries will be exhibited at the Cooper Gallery, Barnsley, in September.

Civic Societies Week Launch in Barnsley

Thumbnail for News Item The first ever Yorkshire and Humberside regional Civic Societies Week was launched in the Digital Media Centre in Barnsley on the 12th June.

Over 30 societies from across Yorkshire and Humber took part in the week long event (from Saturday 21st June through to Sunday 29th June) by hosting their own activities.
